Cancellation & refund policy

All cancellations must be submitted to the organisers in writing via e-mail conference@ifco.info and the following refund scheme will be applied:

  • Cancellations received before 30 May 2016 – 70% of registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received before 31 July 2016 – 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received before 15 August 2015 – 30% of registration fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations request received after 15 August 2016.
  • There will be an additional 3% transaction fee for each refund request.
