It is the responsibility of the delegates to ensure that they have the documents to enter the UK. It may take several months to obtain these documents so please allow yourself sufficient time. 

IFCO 2016 organisers will support the visa process for any delegate that needs an invitation letter after the registration fee is received in full. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email us at conference@ifco.info after you have completed your registration online. Please do not wait until the last minute to request an invitation letter as some visa centres are busy during peak summer tourism months.
